Dr. Taylor attended the University of Regina and graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1996 with Cum Laude and Clinic Honours. After graduation, Dr. Taylor set up practice in Regina, SK with Dr. Donald Bramham, a founder of the CCPA. He currently practices full-time in Regina. Dr. Taylor was elected to CCPA’s Board in June 2011 and appointed to Vice President in June 2013. Dr. Taylor is currently a member of both CCPA’s LAG, Succession, Trust and Adjudicative Committees.
Dr. Taylor was a board member for the Chiropractors’ Association of Saskatchewan from 2002 to 2011 and served as their President from 2007 to 2011. Dr. Taylor has served his profession in Saskatchewan by working on several committees since graduation including government negotiations, which he still helps with. Dr. Taylor has twice been awarded “Chiropractor of the Year” by his peers in Saskatchewan, once in 2004 and again in 2010 when the award was changed to Dr. Donald Bramham Award of Excellence.
Dr. Taylor and his wife Shelley will be celebrating their 24th anniversary in 2016 along with their children Braeden, Mckenzie and Connor. Among living with a busy family and work, Dr. Taylor has volunteered to coach minor hockey for the past thirteen years and has volunteered as the Chiropractor in Chief for the 2009 World Junior Hockey Championships held in Regina as well as volunteered for the 2005 Summer Games also held in Regina, and the Western Canada Agribition Rodeo.

Dr. Carey graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1967. He resides in Stratford, Ontario and retired from active practice in 2016.
Dr. Carey joined the Ontario Chiropractic Association Board in 1971, serving as their President from 1981 to 1983. He was President of The Canadian Chiropractic Association in 1987 and he was a founding member of the World Federation of Chiropractic and held the post of their President from 2002 to 2004.
Dr. Carey was instrumental in setting up Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association in 1986, at which time he became President, the position he held until 2014.
Vice-President | Montreal, QC
Dr. Bourdon graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1985 and is currently in full-time practice in Montreal, Quebec.
Dr. Bourdon has been a CCPA Board of Director since 2008. Dr. Bourdon brings a wealth of experience to CCPA’s Board including serving as Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors for the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board (CCEB) from 2002-2003, as Chairman from 2003 to 2008, as Past Chair from 2008-2009 and continuing as a Governor until 2011.
Dr. Bourdon has also been a member of the Disciplinary Committee for the OCQ acting as a Judge for Disciplinary Hearings from 1989-2007 and is also a member of CCPA’s LAG Commitee. Dr Bourdon has also been the National Spokesperson for the Canadian Chiropractic Association since 2008.
Chief Executive Officer / Secretary/Treasurer | Toronto, ON
Dr. Greg N. Dunn graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1976. He had an active practice in Manitoba, mostly in the small community of Neepawa, from that time until June 1999 when he became the Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association.
Dr. Dunn has also been very active in community volunteer work in addition to his many professional endeavors within the chiropractic profession. He Co-chaired the 1992 Manitoba Summer Games and was a founding member and first Chairman of the Beautiful Plains Community Foundation Inc. Dr. Dunn was also the leading force in getting Canada Post to issue a Centennial Stamp commemorating 100 years of Chiropractic in Canada.
Dr. Dunn is a past President of the Manitoba Chiropractors’ Association (which has the dual responsibility of being an Association and a Regulatory Board) and he is also a past President of the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Dunn served on the Board of Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association from 1990 until his appointment of Chief Operating Officer of CCPA in September 1999. Among his many daily duties, Dr. Dunn has the huge responsibility of overseeing the complex day-to-day operations of CCPA. He also shares the task of managing claims for the Corporation with our President, Dr. Paul Carey. Also, while serving on the Board of CCPA, Dr. Dunn became Chair of the Risk Management Committee and continued to hold this position until 2007. Dr. Dunn is also a national and international lecturer on the topic of risk and risk management and became Chief Executive Officer of CCPA in June 2012.
Director | Brandon, MB
Dr. Martin graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1977 and also completed post-graduate requirements for the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists. Upon graduation from CMCC, Dr. Martin started his clinical practice in Brandon, Manitoba where he continues in part-time practice.
Dr. Martin was a Director with the Manitoba Chiropractic Association, primarily as Chairman of the WCB/MCA. He was also a Director with the Canadian Chiropractic Association, primarily as Chairman for their Standards and Ethics Committee.
Aside from his busy private practice, and his duties as a CCPA Director, he is the Committee Chair on CCPA’s Risk Management and LAG Committees. For the past 15 years Dr. Martin has also provided on-site assessment, treatment and industrial accident and safety protocols for Koch, Brandon, Manitoba’s second largest employer.

Dr. Richard Valade graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1984. He lives in Rosemere Quebec and has his practice in Ste-Rose Laval.
Dr. Valade was on the board of the Quebec Chiropractic Association (ACQ) from 1987 until 1995. He returned to the ACQ board in 2001 and is still active as Vice-President. Dr. Valade was on the Canadian Chiropractic Association board from 1988 until 1995 and then from 2003 until 2011. He served on the Executive for over 8 years and was President in 2008/2009. Over the years he has served on different committees both provincially and nationally.
In June 2013 Dr. Valade was the newest appointed Board Member for the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association.

Dr. Lishchyna graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1998. She obtained her fellowship in Chiropractic Clinical Sciences in 2005 and her Masters of Science in 2009. Dr. Lishchyna is a fulltime clinical faculty member at CMCC and supervises chiropractic interns at a community clinic in Oakville, Ontario. She is also in part-time private practice.
Dr. Lishchyna was first elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Chiropractic Association in 2002 and served as President from 2011-2013.
In June 2014 Dr. Lishchyna was the newest appointed Board Member for the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association.
Dr. Lishchyna and her husband Taras have two wonderful children. She is an active volunteer in her community and has been acknowledged by her colleagues with the OCA Community Service Award.

Mr. Hopkinson is President and CEO of Knowledge First Financial since 2009. Knowledge First provides educational savings solutions through RESPs and has over $3 billion in assets under management. He has held several senior positions in the financial services industry throughout his career including roles at CIBC and Amex Bank of Canada. Mr. Hopkinson obtained his MBA from Queen’s University in 1976.

Coming from a chiropractic family - her grandfather was one of the first chiropractors in Manitoba and she has two brothers who are chiropractors - chiropractic has always been a way of health and life for Dr. McCallum.
After graduating from UBC with a BA in English Literature, traveling throughout North America and working briefly in communications, insurance and the financial industry, Dr. McCallum decided to join the family profession.
Dr. McCallum graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1988 and has been practicing in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley ever since. She has been involved in the profession throughout her career, notably on the BC Chiropractic Association, serving as President, Chair of the BC College of Chiropractors Exam Board, CMCC Governor's Club, Chair of the BC CMCC Alumni Association and most recently as the BC Governor on the CMCC Board of Governors before joining the CCPA Board in June 2015.

Dr. Culbert joined the CCPA’s Board in June 2015. Living in the small town of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Dr. Culbert practices with one other chiropractor and alongside a massage therapist.
He graduated from CMCC in 2002 after completing a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario in 1998. He joined the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors in 2003 and served a total of 10 years, filling the position of President for 4 of those years. While on the Council Dr. Culbert was on various committees including the MVA Insurance Committee that helped to establish the Diagnostic and Treatment Protocols which became effective on April 1, 2013.
Dr. Culbert was awarded the Nova Scotia Chiropractor of the Year in 2011. He is married to his high-school sweetheart, Patricia, and together they have three children; Adam, Nathan, and Chelsea. When Dr. Culbert is not seeing patients or doing chiropractic committee work, you may find him officiating his children at summer swim meets or surfing the waters in Nova Scotia. He’s also a hockey dad and spends many winter days in various hockey arenas around the province.
