Membership Requirements

CCPA exists to protect our members from professional negligence claims, which benefits the profession as a whole. Over the course of three decades in operation, we have learned how to do this effectively. It is our job and we take it very seriously.

We are very proud to be part of the network of organizations that have helped build chiropractic into the vibrant and respected profession it is today. As we always have, we stand with our partner associations across the country. We value the contribution they make to the profession and the services and benefits they provide.

In accordance with these values, CCPA membership requires the following:

  • A Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from an accredited chiropractic college / program, such as CMCC, UQTR or University of Western States,
  • Successful completion of the CCEB examination,
  • Licensure from your relevant provincial regulator, and
  • Membership in good standing in the Canadian Chiropractic Association and your relevant provincial chiropractic association, such as the New Brunswick or British Columbia Chiropractic Association.

Please call or email our membership team any time should you have questions about the process of joining CCPA. We can be reached toll free at 1-800-668-2076 or via email at admin@ccpaonline.ca.
